Sage blossom honey, Gravenstein apple juice from @hales.apple.farm , garden sage and rosemary from HQ with some lingonberry for tartness. It IS an amazing drink! I’m trying to cultivate my own serenity and patience so into the garden I go. I’m like many, I prefer instant gratification and I’m not great at waiting. *sigh* One of the many things bees, flowers, gardening ,and mead all require is patience so it would seem they are my teachers.
